What to Expect 

 

Through a combination of lecture, demonstration and hands-on practice, students will learn how to deal with safety stock and physical inventory. Participants will also learn how to set up and manage account structures, item and inventory status codes, excess and obsolete inventory, scrap and recycle materials, work center stock locations and consignment inventory locations.  

 

This course will also define location parameters for control, demonstrate how to implement and manage cycle count programs, how to use Lot Control for enhanced accuracy and control and how to manage the interface with Purchasing and Manufacturing.
