QuickBooks Online (QBO) was designed for you, the small businessperson. You've probably discovered that many of its features are fairly easy to use from the start.

Sales tax is one of those things that is a bit tricky to manage, so we would suggest an appointment with us (256-337-5200) to get things setup or to review your current settings. Depending on your geographical location, you may have to charge not only state sales tax, but also county and city/municipality taxes (and sometimes special taxes). Intuit Charges on Your Credit Cards - Important

Intuit has recently changed the pricing of QB Online (QBO) and QB Enterprise subscriptions. When pricing changes, Intuit sends an email directly to the affected client. INTUIT charges your credit card for QBO and QBES subscriptions. SBS will NEVER charge or change your billing date or subscription level without you personally directing the change. So...if Intuit charges appear that are questionable, please call us 256-337-5200 for assistance. QBES clients are receiving notices of price increases now. Please note that the pricing listed in the form letter does not reflect the 20% perpetual discount for signing up with SBS. Watch your statements to ensure the 20% is reflected in the next charge--if not call us. Many of our clients have noticed a big price increase, and it was because our 20% discount was dropped from their account--we can get it put back on your account so you will continue saving.
