Family Advisory Network feature

Are you looking for a Family Advisory Network (FAN) representative to help you center the family voice in your work? Requests for FANs are growing with the expansion of EIIC work through the Pediatric Pandemic Network, and in order to ensure that there is a good match between the FAN and the project needs and requirements, FAN representatives have created a FAN Request Form. This convenient form enables collection of information about project details like meeting times, topics, and workload in one place.

The FAN looks forward to being an equal partner in your work, and thanks you in advance for helping to streamline requests by using this new form!
