Saving the Taber-Patterson House
The Taber-Patterson House, c. 1885, is in the heart of Little Rock’s Governor’s Mansion Historic District and. It is in legal limbo and has a severely compromised roof. The owner of the property passed away several months ago without any heirs or a valid will.

In order to preserve the property, until a new owner is secured, the QQA had the roof tarped. Working with Cornerstone Restoration, LLC, we have gotten the cost reduced to $5,000.

We immediately started a fundraising campaign to cover the cost of tarping the house, and we've raised $3,145 from 20 donors over the last 30 days. We are hoping to raise the remaining $1,855.00 by the end of the year.

You can help us save this house from further deterioration so that it can get into the hands of an owner who can maintain and improve the home.
Woodruff House Website
QQA Board Member Jena Selva created a new website for the Woodruff House. Purchased by the QQA in 2014, we secured and stabilized the structure, and are now looking for a buyer interested in rehabilitating the property. The website offers information about the house, photos, floor plans, and an absolutely stunning 3D tour of the house.
