Democratizing Venture ™ Summits

London -- House of Lords -- November 2025

This past November, Qodeo kicked off a series of Summits at the House of Lords in London.

Hosted by Baroness Martha Lane Fox, entrepreneur and cofounder of lastminute.com, the Summit focused on fundraising for female founders and global dynamics in venture capital. Panelists Vicky Pryce, Chief Ecomic Adivsor at the Centre for Economics and Business Research, and Dame Anne Glover, CEO of Amadeus Capital Partners, one of Europe’s top female VCs, and Board member of the Bank of England, also featured. Providing insight on the impact of societal divides on fundraising and building momentum despite institutional challenges. See more here.

Durham -- North Carolina Central University -- March 26th, 2026

Durham Mayor Leonardo Williams

Looking forward, Qodeo is holding our first Summit of 2026 in Durham, North Carolina at HBCU North Carolina Central University. The Summit will focus on improving access to private capital especially for Black founders.

We are excited to annouce that Durham Mayor Leonardo Williams, graduate of NCCU, will join Qodeo, offering his expertise as an educator, a Durham local, and an innovator. Additionally, Zakiya Lee of IDEA Fund Partners joins our panel. This event is part of a larger Democratizing Venture Summit series that discusses making capital more accessible to a diverse group of founders. Space is limited. Edinburgh -- CMS Office -- April 15th, 2026

Returning to Europe, Qodeo will travel to Edinburgh, Scotland this April for our Democratizing Venture Summit in Scotland's dynamic hub. Doubling down on Qodeo's mission to help venture communities outside of traditional venues.
