We would like to also inform you starting June 1st, 2016 our IRS 18 hour continuing education course will be available for purchase as well as our IRS Tax Preparation Prep course including !8 hour of continuing education. Remember, you must complete this course by December 31st, 2016 in order to participate in the IRS Annual Filing Season Program (AFSP). To participate in the program you must log into your PTIN holder account and request your record of completion.
As a reminder also for California Tax Preparers who have just completed the 60 hour Qualifying course, if you are not going to prepare tax returns between now and October 31st it is best to register with CTEC on November 1st so that you do not have to take a CTEC 20 hour continuing education course for this year.
