My own pho recipe that only takes 30 minutes, not 6 hours and 25 ingredients. Beef stock (not beef broth), bean sprouts, scallions, steamed spinach, brown rice pancit (4 minutes but vermicelli noodles taste better but take 35 minutes), Morton Lite salt and London broil from the deli. Add the sprouts, cooked noodles, steamed spinach and scallions after the stock is heated. Add the London broil just before consumption.
