Current yoga students are added automatically to these virtual classes and are extended an invitation via email to join a video session via the Zoom app on a computer or mobile device.

Yoga for Back Care Class
Thursdays 6:30 - 7:45 PM
Saturdays 10 - 11 AM
The Yoga Back Care classes focus on preventing and/or reducing back and neck pain, improving core/ leg strength and postural alignment. Breathwork and muscular release are incorporated in all classes.
COST:
12-class series $130
11-class series $120
10-class series $110
8-class series $100
Drop-in $15
Private Yoga Sessions: $75 per session.

Restorative Yoga
Tuesdays at 7 - 8:15 PM
This practice allows you to turn off the stress response and allow the body to heal. You will practice breathwork and restorative poses using props to release unhealthy holding patterns in the body, and gravity and relaxation to heal the body. Sink into total relaxation and sleep well with less stress, tension, and pain.
COST:
12-class series $130
11-class series $120
10-class series $110

Drop-in $15
Private Yoga Sessions: $75 per session.

What about when the “coronavirus self-quarantining” is over?
When
live classes with other students
resume, use your Yoga Package to transition to Tuesday and Thursday classes at Beverly's home studio in Marietta, and/or Saturdays at Foundation Therapy Center in Sandy Springs. Note: Based on the number of participants, we may continue providing Virtual Yoga Classes. As always, private yoga sessions and restorative exercise classes are available.

Beverly Stegman offers Align, Restore, and Move Yoga™ – Yoga, Restorative Exercise, and Yoga Hiking. As a Certified Restorative Exercise Specialist (RES), she can teach you corrective exercises to improve healthy body movement and how to incorporate more movement in your everyday life.
