NACHA COMPLIANCE
WEB DEBIT VALIDATION
In March of this year, NACHA began enforcing its Web Debit Validation Rule. This Rule requires originators to perform “Commercially Reasonable” account validation when a consumer requests a “first-time” ACH funds withdrawal. To assist your financial institution in complying with the new rule, Magic-Wrighter has implemented a real-time and API-Based instant account validation service.
