ACE is committed to demonstrating our unique vision for the future of the ethanol industry. In the fall of 2020, we launched a strategic plan called Accelerate to communicate the opportunities we see ahead and to demonstrate the value of your membership in ACE. This quarterly update is our commitment to delivering results that matter to our members. 
1) Increasing demand and value through new clean fuel policies

+Carbon scoring calculator under development - ACE demonstrated how this tool will work for ethanol producers.
+Economic modeling commissioned by ACE and Great Plains Institute reinforces positive impact for clean fuel policy in Midwest states. More on this report coming soon.
+Future Fuels Act introduced in MN
+ACE low carbon Whitepaper cited in Harvard/Tufts study
2) Protecting and supporting existing policy-driven markets

+ANL to address GREET update requests from ACE, SD and KS corn grower groups
+Key federal legislation introduced ACE supports or played a part in informing:
+EPA announced support for Tenth Circuit Court decision to limit SREs from the RFS
+Court directed EPA to submit status reports on how complying with ACE v. EPA 2017 ruling
+ACE sought assurance from EPA Inspector General on legality of last-minute Trump EPA waivers
3) Developing Domestic and international markets

+Making sure FFVs, E15-E85 are part of infrastructure discussions
+New Flex Check E15 compatibility tool advertising campaign and promotion
+Flex Check demos with four statewide stakeholder groups
