Pettinaro Celebrates
50 Years
Pettinaro celebrated its 50th Anniversary with family, friends and employees on March 7th at Greenville Country Club.  Gregory Pettinaro, CEO, is seen here paying tribute to his father and Pettinaro founder, Verino Pettinaro. Verino's wife Midge is by his side, as well as their three daughters Tracy Pettinaro Crowley, Cindy Pettinaro Wilkinson and Vicki Pettinaro Martelli.  It was a beautiful evening filled with delicious food, dancing, casino games, and photobooth fun!

"We are very proud of my father, Verino. He has lived the American dream of how hard work can bring you success. We continue today in his 'never give up' attitude," said Gregory Pettinaro.

Diamond Materials Leases Space at Tower Office Park
Diamond Materials, LLC has signed a lease for space at Tower Office Park in Newport, DE.

Diamond Materials is a full service and well-equipped contractor that specializes in airports, highways, asphalt production, paving, concrete flatwork, demolition, utility installation, and site construction.

Leasing Activity is Picking Up at Larchmont Centre!

The latest painting party craze will be coming to Larchmont Centre in Mount Laurel, NJ. Painting with a Twist is a fun, new franchise that is popping up all over the country. The corporate websites states that it is a "concept that pairs instructional art with friends, wine and a lively instructor to produce individual works of art."


Beatrix, who signed the lease for space at Larchmont at the beginning of this year, said "I saw the space for my business last year, I like it because it is very convenient and close to major highwaysI also saw that there is a variety of businesses in the location that caters to different people...from framing to a chiropractor, restaurants to a karate studio and a dance studio for kids."

Also coming soon to Larchmont is Farmers Insurance Group.

Pettinaro Construction Co., Inc. applied for and was awarded grants through the Delaware Energy Efficiency Investment Fund in order to convert lighting at several Pettinaro properties to energy efficient and eco-friendly LED lighting.  The nearly $250,000 grant will help provide better light quality, decrease operating expenses, and drastically lower electric usage and maintenance expenses.

The completed project is projected to have the following annual impact:
