On October 6th, Pettinaro acquired Barley Mill Plaza from Stoltz Real Estate Partners. This comes one year after Pettinaro acquired five retail and office properties from Stoltz in Greenville, DE. The sale includes a 24-building plaza on 57 acres, formerly a DuPont Co. complex. In the News:
