As we wrap up this fiscal year, we’re filled with deep gratitude for how far we’ve come — and for every partner, donor, volunteer, and advocate who helped us get here. Last year, we introduced our Community Game Plan, a long-range roadmap shaped by the voices and needs of Florence County. This year, we proudly took the next bold step in bringing that plan to life.
For the first time ever, our community investment process was hosted entirely online — and with a sharper, more intentional focus. Rather than distributing funds broadly, we adopted a deep-not-wide approach, investing in 8 high-impact organizations whose work aligns directly with our shared goals in education, health, and financial stability. These strategic investments are concentrated in four critical areas: activities for youth, mental health, basic needs, and home rehabilitation. We're especially excited to grow this work even further next year, with plans to expand funding opportunities to include our 0–4 early education impact area.
This funding cycle marks a major milestone in our ongoing commitment to the Collective Impact model — a framework that recognizes lasting change happens when communities work together toward a common goal. Whether you’ve supported us through partnership, advocacy, generosity, or simply by following along — thank you. We’re proud to share this year’s progress with you and look ahead to all we’ll continue to build together.
