Damage to Common Area Landscape

A vehicle has driven through the newly installed landscaping at the monument at Moore Rd. and Tangerine Farms Rd. This area has sustained damage to the irrigation and plants.

Anyone with any information regarding this damage is asked to contact the CCMC Tucson office at (520) 682-1357.

Please note that landscape equipment and vehicles will be in this area while the repairs are being made.
Lifestyle At a Distance
While we can't gather at this time, we can continue to live the Gladden Farms lifestyle. There are several fun activities included below that can keep you and your family active during this time of physical distancing. Be sure to stay tuned to our Facebook page and weekly Lifestyle E-News for more fun activities to come over the next few weeks! If you have any ideas on fun, physically distant ideas for games or activities please contact Kelly .

Are You Ready?... Monsoons Are Coming!

By: Rachel Hess, Operations Manager

Its summer time and that means the monsoons are coming! The monsoon season typically begins in early July. Because the weather in Tucson is so stable for much of the year, monsoon storms can take our Gladden Farms homes and landscaping by surprise.
Irrigation Leak and Repair

A four inch irrigation mainline is under repair along the pathway between Summer Field and Flor de Algodon. Please use caution in this area as there will be several large pieces of equipment and construction crews working.

Thank you!

This Holiday Weekend

While enjoying time with family this holiday weekend please remember the following:
  • Make sure that your pets have their collars on and that the contact information upon any tags is current.
  • Please bring pets indoors prior to dusk to ensure their safety.
  • If your pet does get out, please check with the Town of Marana to see if they have been found.
  • Please limit any fireworks used within the community to your private property and to permissible consumer fireworks as defined in Arizona State Statutes.
  • No fireworks of any kind are permissible in the community parks and common areas.
  • No motorized vehicles are permitted on any pathways or within community parks without written approval of the Board of Directors.
  • Please practice physical distancing in accordance with the recommendations of local, state and federal health organizations.
The CCMC Tucson office and your management team have received some phone calls regarding the next community wide yard sale. Given the current restrictions on gatherings and the potential for future recommendations of local, state and federal health organizations the association will not be holding a fall community yard sale.

Thank you for your understanding.
