This past Tuesday, The Propeller Club-Port of Tampa hosted their 25 th Annual Steak and Corn dinner at the beautiful Tampa Garden Club on Bayshore Boulevard featuring keynote speaker Bruce Bodine, Senior VP of Phosphates for The Mosaic Company. Mr. Bodine emphasized the Fortune 500 Company’s commitment to the Tampa Bay area from its 100-year history in Florida to the movement of the corporate headquarters from Minnesota to Tampa this summer.
It was a wonderful night with a great location, fabulous weather and amazing camaraderie. This is one of the Club's signature events where our guests enjoyed sweet corn on the cob, cold beer, wine and sweet tea, before a delicious filet steak dinner. Club President Lynne Vadelund remarked, “I always look forward to this event and this year the weather was perfect for enjoying our corn outside, the steak was tender and the presentation by Bruce Bodine was a highlight of an enjoyable evening.”
Thank you to our event sponsors, Batson-Cook Construction and Port Logistics Refrigerated Services.
