“We’re thrilled to be recruiting for clinical and support positions at 48X, our new Outpatient Surgery Center,” said Joseph Galante, M.D., and Chief Medical Officer of Hospital Clinical Care Service. “As the largest outpatient surgery center in the U.S., 48X offers an exciting chance for community members to work in a state-of-the-art facility designed for interdisciplinary collaboration and equipped with advanced technology. Oak Park Farmers Market: 2025 Season Begins and 2024 Season Highlights

Another season of fresh, local produce, handcrafted food and community connections kicks off at the opening ceremony for OPFM on Saturday, April 5. The season will continue through November 1, 2025 every Saturday for 9am-1pm at McClatchy Park. As we start the new season, we want to take a minute to celebrate the incredible milestones of 2024.

The UC Global Health Institute is excited to launch the Summer Researchers in Global Health program as a multi-campus Northern California six-week global health summer internship program for Rising High School Seniors in Northern California that introduces students to the field of global health, immerses them in challenging real-life projects with researchers at UCSF, UC Berkeley, UC Davis, UC Santa Cruz, and UC Merced.
