I LOVE QC ART CONTEST

The Downtown Arts & Placemaking (DAP) Advisory Sub-Committee reports to the Economic Development Commission and includes members with experience in the creation, exhibition, curation and management of art. As one of their first projects, the DAP sub-advisory committee is sponsoring a community art contest to design the next iteration of our Shop QC reusable bags. These popular bags are used by residents and visitors for multiple uses and help remind consumers of the benefits of shopping locally.

PAYCHECK PROTECTION PROGRAM

For two weeks starting on Wednesday, 2/24, the Small Business Administration will accept applications for forgivable Paycheck Protection Program loans from only firms with fewer than 20 employees, to ensure that they are not crowded out by larger firms.
