This session will cover the emergence of ghost kitchens and virtual concepts. We will explore why people are investing in them and how they compare to launching a traditional brick and mortar and/or food truck. In addition, we look at how to set up restaurants for success in the world of delivery. The guest speaker is Jack Bell from CloudKitchens.
