ARE YOU LOOKING AT MAKING SOME IMPROVEMENTS TO YOUR BUILDING?

The Town of Queen Creek's Facade Improvement Program is designed to encourage improvements to the street-facing exteriors of commercial buildings in Town Center. Applicants must be the owners of the property or commercial tenants who have written approval from property owners to participate.

The Town will reimburse up to 50% of eligible pre-approved improvement costs. The maximum amount for any individual grant award is $20,000 per property.
I LOVE QC ART CONTEST

Congratulations to two Queen Creek artists Thatcher Ganes and Ariel Marin! Their winning designs will be featured on the Shop Queen Creek reusable bags. The bags are available and will be distributed at our community events. Thank you to everyone who submitted artwork, it was tough to narrow it down! And we appreciate everyone who took the time to review and vote for their favorite design!

In addition, the Downtown Queen Creek Arts & Placemaking Sub Advisory Committee is seeking new committee members. The purpose of the committee is to encourage arts in the downtown core, helping strategically shape the physical and social character of the area. If you are interested in serving on a board or commission, please complete a notice of interest form online.

WELCOME TO QUEEN CREEK!

WHAT IS THAT STRUCTURE RISING AT PHOENIX MESA GATEWAY AIRPORT?

The new air traffic control tower. The new tower under construction now stretches more than 150 feet into the sky. The 14 levels of precast concrete exterior panels are in place and the elevator shaft is nearing completion. The next big milestone will be during the week of July 12 when a huge crane will place a 45-foot 225,000 pound steel structure on top.
