SAINTS PETER & PAUL CATHOLIC SCHOOL
QUEEN OF HEARTS
    RAFFLE CONTINUES

Queen of Hearts ticket sales will continue this week at Quigley's commencing at 4:00 pm today, March 14, as well as Friday, March 15, also from 4:00 - 8:00 pm.  The hours for Saturday, March 16, are from 11:30 - 8:00 pm.

Tickets are $5 each and there is the potential for the prize money to reach $2 million of which half would go to the winner and half to the school.

To date we've had two drawings and the Queen of Hearts remains hidden.  The two cards drawn have been the 7 of Hearts and Jack of Diamonds.  The game starts with 54 cards (a regular deck + 2 Jokers) turned face down and sealed on a board.

Thus there are 52 places remaining where the lucky lady could be camping out.

Our next drawing will take place at 4:00 pm, at Quigley's, on Saturday, March 23.  The winner need not be present as you will receive a phone call.

If you're attending Saturday's Naperville St. Patrick's Day Parade, look for some of our parents and students.  They'll be walking with the Quigley's float and will be passing out flyers.

Stop by Quigley's for some St. Patty's Day fun, have some corned beef and cabbage as well as a Guinness or two, enjoy the music and support Saints Peter and Paul School.

QUEEN OF HEARTS TICKET SELLERS
 NEEDED

The success of this fundraiser will rest, in large part, on our ability to attract volunteers to sell tickets at Quigley's.

No training is necessary as one of our Advancement Board captains will be on hand to prep you.

If you're staying in town during spring break, we can really
use your help.

SSPP TRIVIA

When our school was founded in 1853....

. ...students doing written school work or homework had two options, a lead pencil or a fountain pen.  For it wasn't until 1888 when John J. Loud, trying to invent a pen which could write on leather, invented the first ballpoint pen.
