One of my new patients recently asked me if using a nutrition and fitness tracking app would be compatible with our work. As much as Joanne and I appreciate new technology and gadgets, we are not fans of fitness trackers
and have concerns about nutrition and fitness track apps.
A friend recently told me he had signed up to use Good Measures, a tracking app that his health insurance makes available for free, and he gave me his login information so I could peruse the site and tell him what I thought about it.
