Questions About the Hearts in Home Care Nurse Scholarship Grant? Get Your Answers on This Webinar!

HCA E&R was awarded funding from the Mother Cabrini Health Foundation to implement a scholarship program for existing employees of hospice and home care agencies to enable them to provide scholarship funds for their employees to engage in career advancing educational programs in the field of nursing.

All CHHAs, LHCSAs, and Hospices can apply for the scholarship to provide funding to support their employees. The application process is open now through July 18th, 2025.

The employee recipient must meet one or more of the following criteria:

(1) economically disadvantaged,

(2) from a historically underserved or marginalized population, or

(3) have a compelling or extenuating circumstance that presents a barrier advancing their degree attainment or specialty certification in the field of Nursing.
