American Job Center Launches Customer Satisfaction Survey to Improve Services

Hagåtña, Guam - The Guam Department of Labor (GDOL) is launching a Customer Satisfaction Survey for its American Job Center (AJC) clients, a move intended to help improve its services by gathering direct feedback on the quality, accessibility, and effectiveness of the assistance provided.

The Customer Satisfaction Survey will be available online on August 1, 2025 and will run for 30 days. Clients who do not have access to the internet will be provided physical copies or will be assisted in person.

“The Department is always looking for ways to enhance and improve its services and identify areas for growth to better support clients and expand its reach to a wider range of people through the American Job Center. The survey should only take a few minutes to complete and there is an opportunity for the community to provide feedback or suggestions,” said GDOL Director David Dell’Isola. “With continued support from the Governor and Lt. Governor, this reflects our commitment to expand access to quality workforce resources.”

The Customer Satisfaction Survey is part of an Evaluation Peer Learning Cohort Training GDOL Administrators participated in, which focused on strengthening program accountability, improving service delivery, and using data-driven approaches to enhance outcomes for job seekers and employers. GDOL also periodically issues Customer Satisfaction Surveys to gather feedback from clients, evaluate the effectiveness of its services, and identify areas for improvement.

Customers and clients ages 18 and older who received services through the AJC are encouraged to take the Customer Satisfaction Survey online at https://forms.gle/n1u25kj6K78eupzTA. A QR code will be displayed at the American Job Center for customers to fill out while waiting for services, and will also be posted online at dol.guam.gov. Physical copies will also be available at the American Job Center, 3rd Floor, GCIC Building, 414 W Soledad Ave, Hagåtña, Guam. Individuals with accessibility or mobility issues can contact the AJC at 671-475-7000/1 or customerservice@dol.guam.gov to arrange for services to be provided on the first floor of the building.
