Even though our church campus is empty, there is no reason you should feel empty. In this time of uncertainty, know your Stephen Ministers are here and willing to walk with you through whatever you
might be facing.
Our time of caring may look a little different, via Zoom or Facetime, but our care is still the same as always, walking and praying along beside you.
If you feel a Stephen Minister is right for you, contact Pastor Lauren Christenberry

Last Chance to Register for Kindergarten & Elementary Graduate Recognition
Today is your last chance to
your recent graduate.
As we continue to journey through this time together where things just are not the same, we know we have several students who have missed out on some big end of the year traditions. Whether they have completed kindergarten or have put a wrap on their last year of elementary school, we want them to know we are here to celebrate them on their journey! Help us honor and celebrate your recent kindergarten and elementary graduates!
Contact Kristin Springer with any questions.
We have created a Keller UMC Kids Ministry Facebook page to share announcements, spiritual formation resources, group chat opportunities and whatever else we can create to help us through the days ahead.
This Belly Looks Familiar
We all know Jonah was swallowed up by a whale, but what did he do while he waited in the belly? What does his hymn from the belly show us about the work of God while we also wait in a belly that looks familiar?

Our Emotional & Spiritual Lives
New Study Begins June 15
Dr. Marc Brackett writes that most of us "believe that our feelings are important and deserve to be addressed respectfully and fully. But we also think of emotions as being disruptive and unproductive." And so what do we do with all of the emotions we feel each day? Do we repress, oppress or dismiss them? Do we just "power through" and "get over it?" What are we to do when our emotions overtake us, and we are left in a puddle of tears or red-faced and yelling? Join Pastor Jason for a conversation as together we learn what to do with emotions, how to hold them and what they teach us.
Conversation on Antiracism
Begins June 15
There is no denying the heaviness and heartbreak occurring in the world. Have you found yourself asking what can I do? What should I say? Me too. In the past I have led studies at this church, but this time I would like to invite you to join me in a conversation. We all have a lot of listening and learning to do in regards to racial justice. Join Pastor Lauren on a six-week journey as we begin to take the first step to a lifetime of learning.

Please mark your calendars and plan on swinging by on
Saturday, June 6, from 10am-12pm. We will rejoice in seeing your faces, toss you your packets, and give you all air hugs and high fives under the porte cochere.

Student Pen-Pal Program
Sign Up By June 3!
Who had a pen pal growing up? Remember receiving letters, feeling the excitement of checking the mail and getting to know someone? Who doesn't love to get a handwritten piece of snail mail?
As our time social distancing continues and our eyes get weary from all the screen time, let's connect with one another and take back the art of the handwritten letter! Letters feel different from shorthand messages and texts, and they're more intimate than a long email. Writing by hand can have several benefits, including a calming effect on the brain, improving coordination and inspiring creativity. Plus, it will be a fun way to get to know one of your Keller UMC peers a little better and bring a little joy to someone's day.
Click here to sign up for Pen Pal ministry for Children, Youth and College! Deadline to be included in this week's packet pick up is end of day, Wednesday, June 3.
