God is calling people into leadership and service all of the time. How does a church the size of KUMC in this season of life, know who the Holy Spirit is calling into leadership? The Lay Leadership Team has decided to offer a "Virtual Leadership Fair" for everyone in the church. Within the Virtual Leadership Fair you will find an interest form that if you fill it out, will be sent to the Lay Leadership Team who is responsible for the identifying and inviting people into leadership at the church. By the end of October, the leadership of the church should be filled for the coming year.

Spring and summer have passed, and most of us would agree that there is still a lot of uncertainty in our lives and the world around us. No matter what the underlying cause may be, if you are struggling to cope, your Stephen Ministers want you to know that we are here to walk with you, pray with you and for you and be a constant in this unpredictable time.

Not sure if a Stephen Minister is right for you? Click here for statements from others on their positive experiences!

If you want to give it a try, contact Pastor Lauren.

Bible Presentations

Third grade (and forth graders who did not receive a Bible last year) are invited to attend worship, in person, with their families, at either 9:30 or 11am, on October 18. We ask all families to limit your guests to only those who reside in your home, practice proper social distancing and wear a mask. If you are uncomfortable coming in person, we have an opportunity to have a private presentation on your very own front porch.

As your faith family we are excited to provide this age-appropriate Bible. Our prayer is that this gift will help you and your child go deeper in your relationship with God. If you would like to participate in this special milestone by donating Bibles (a donation of $20 will purchase one Bible) you may do so on the registration link.

Please register for your preferred service no later than September 30. Numbers in each service are limited so register early if you are hoping to be at a specific service. Register or purchase a Bible here!
