Use Quick Search to find for Open Houses

The Safer at Home restrictions have made traditional in-person open houses difficult, if not impossible. As a reminder, for the time being, only virtual open houses can be scheduled in flexmls.

This week's challenge is to show you how to find virtual or live streaming Open Houses in your neighborhood using Quick Search.

Be sure to check out the first two Quick Search Challenges if you missed them.


We’d love for you to become more comfortable using Quick Search, and get familiar with the many tasks Quick Search can do for you, that perhaps you can’t do as quickly in Full Search.

Accept the Quick Search Challenge in 3 Easy Steps
STEP 1
Watch the very short Quick Search video below by clicking the
STEP 2
Start a Quick Search using Single Family and scroll down to the Additional Search Options, search for Open Houses in the next seven days.

If you didn’t do this in Challenge #1, check the General Preference to set ‘Quick search is me default tab when editing a search’. 
STEP 3
After completing the two previous steps, answer the survey question below, which automatically enters your name into a drawing for a $30 Gift Card. 
 
We will announce one of the winners of the Quick Search challenge during our Virtual Town Hall Meeting via Zoom on Wednesday. We encourage you to join us at 11 AM, fingers crossed, we’ll announce your name!
