Leadership Halftime Retreat
Rev. Dr. Rick Armstrong, LCS Executive Director, and Rev. Scott Gress, Leadership Trainer, Consultant & Professional Certified Coach, hosted the Leadership Halftime Retreat in Orlando April 3-5. A first of its kind, the retreat focused on helping ministry leaders take intentional growth steps after a season (2+ years) of ministry. The retreat was specifically designed to allow participants to pause, reflect and then re-enter their work refreshed and re-energized.
