Greetings!
Thank you so much for your unwavering patience and dedication during this pivotal moment in our journey together. We are excited about the progress we are making, even though we find ourselves waiting for a government office in Kenya to process the title deed—ah, the joys of bureaucracy! We all know that waiting for official approvals can feel like watching paint dry, but rest assured, this is just a small piece of the larger puzzle as we work tirelessly to secure a safe haven for vulnerable girls.
Once the title is officially in Maisha's name, our attorney will finalize the details, and we can move forward with the current owner vacating the premises. At that point, we’ll engage a contractor to assess the repairs needed to make the house truly welcoming for the girls. We’ll compile a comprehensive list of required work and items needed for a larger house and then gather cost estimates, which we will be eager to share with you, showcasing our commitment to transparency and community involvement.
Together, we are building something beautiful, and we are filled with hope for the positive impact this project will have on the lives of these girls. Your support means the world to us, and we are grateful to have you by our side on this meaningful journey.
With gratitude,
Randie
