Statewide Tornado Drill Tomorrow March 5
On Tuesday, March 5 , Missouri will hold its state-wide tornado drill at 10 a.m. Sirens will sound and tests will be run on weather radios and other alert devices. This is a good chance to make sure your alerts work in the event of severe weather. In case of severe weather, the make-up test day is March 7.

Athlete(s) of the Week: 200 Free Relay Swim Team
The Nixa HS Girls Swim Team 200 freestyle relay team consisting of freshman Ellie Turnbull, seniors Sara Baxter and Olivia Stoneman, and senior exchange student Heidi Glintborg will cherish their 2018-19 season forever, accomplishing the unthinkable. 

The team qualified and competed in two events at State, 200 and 400 free relay, placing 14th in the State in the 200 free and receiving All-State Honorable Mention recognition. Thank you to Arvest Bank for Sponsoring our Athlete of the Week.
