Quince Restaurant welcomes Lee Hudson

For the week of October 25th - 31st

Chef Michael Tusk of San Francisco's Quince Restaurant will team with acclaimed Napa Valley winegrower Lee Hudson for one special week to create the ultimate locally-sourced menu: a five-course meal comprised of meats, vegetables, wines and other ingredients exclusively produced from Hudson's Napa Valley Ranch. Along with Hudson Vineyard cultivated wines the menu promises to be an intimate look at one of Northern California's great local farms.

Founded in 1981, Lee Hudson's Napa ranch is considered one of the grand crus of California- a coveted source of great Chardonnay, Syrah, and other grape varieties for some of California's best winemakers. What is less well-known is that Hudson Ranch is a truly diversified farmstead, with an array of sustainable vegetable gardens, orchards, and an ever-growing operation devoted to raising free-range pigs and poultry.
