Michael Tusk of San Francisco's Quince Restaurant will
team with acclaimed Napa Valley winegrower Lee
Hudson for one special week to create the ultimate
locally-sourced menu: a five-course meal comprised of meats,
vegetables, wines and other ingredients exclusively produced from
Hudson's Napa Valley Ranch. Along
with Hudson Vineyard cultivated wines the menu promises to be an
intimate look at one of Northern California's great local
farms.
