Quincy Jones
Quincy, a renowned musician and record producer, is known for having a powerful impact on the future of the music industry. With over seven decades of experience in entertainment, his investments navigate the most effective and innovative spaces of music technology.
"I'm honored to have Quincy on the Jammcard team. I love that he's continued to push jazz and real talent forward, and I can't wait to see where our working relationship leads. Quincy's endorsement excites me on another level, and I will use that fire to continue to work as hard as I can to grow true value for the professional music community." - Elmo Lovano, founder of Jammcard.
Jammcard connects the music community by way of an invite-only social network for vetted pros and exclusive, members-only events (the JammJam). The app is credited for assembling live bands for some of today's biggest acts, such as Gwen Stefani, Zedd, Maren Morris, PARTYNEXTDOOR, Jason Derulo and Grace VanderWaal, among many others. In addition, Jammcard curates its signature monthly live event called the JammJam, which have included takeovers of Tower Records and Capitol Records. The latter featured a performance by Ty Dolla $ign, who, as a member of Jammcard, volunteered his talents for free.
This summer, the Los Angeles-founded collective successfully expanded to Atlanta and Nashville. Celebrations took place in both cities with flagship JammJam events. Atlanta's JammJam included a headline Trap Jazz All Stars performance with Cassius Jay (Cardi B, Future, Migos), Devon "Stixx" Taylor (Justin Bieber, Post Malone), and Chris "Mox" Moten (D.R.A.M., Bebe Rexha). The JammJam Nashville was held at the esteemed Musicians Hall of Fame and Museum and featured Jack White's drummer Daru Jones with Andy Wood and the band members of Rascal Flatts, amongst a long list of Music City's best session players.
Earlier this year, the app won Best UI/UX at the Good Design USA Award. Jammcard also has partnerships for original content with the GRAMMYs and YouTube. The network currently has plans in motion for continuing development in other major music cities across the United States.
