FROM THE PRINCIPAL'S DESK
Happy New Year to all of our Fisher Families!!! I hope everyone had a restful and wonderful holiday break!

It is hard to believe that we are beginning our second semester here at Fisher! Report cards will be emailed home on Friday morning, 1.7.22. Should you have any questions about your child’s grades and progress, please contact their teacher directly. We look forward to a strong second semester!

As we return to school, the safety of our students, staff and families is paramount. To that end, we greatly appreciate families who keep their children home if the child shows any signs of illness. The updated LGUSD Stay Home information is here: Symptomatic-Sent Home/Stay Home. Please note that “congestion/runny nose” has been added to this list. Further, please remember that an “over the counter antigen test” is not sufficient for a student’s safe return to school. LGUSD has expanded our COVID testing hours and students, with parent permission, may test without a parent present. More extensive information can be found here: LGUSD Update #1. and here: LGUSD Update #2. Thank you very much for your immediate attention to these very important matters.

Take care.

Principal
