Riverside County Advances to Orange Tier Tomorrow

Beginning tomorrow, April 7, 2021, many businesses, including restaurants and retail, will be able to expand indoor capacity per the state's Blueprint for a Safer Economy.

Family entertainment centers will be permitted to open indoor operations with modifications, and bars without food service will be permitted to operate, outdoors only. 
Effective April 1, 2021, the State of California released guidance for Outdoor Seated Live Events and Performances.
16 and Older Now Eligible for COVID-19 Vaccination
Beginning today, April 6, 2021, Riverside County health officials have expanded Covid-19 vaccine eligibility to those 16 and older. Vaccines are available at four county-run clinics.

COVID-19 Vaccination/Testing Appointment Billing Error
Riverside University Health System corrects billing error for patients

If you received COVID-19 vaccinations/and or COVID-19 testing at the Riverside University Health System (RUHS) Medical Center, or at a Riverside University Health System’s Community Health Center between March 8 - 22, 2021 and received a bill for the service, please note these invoices were sent out to patients due to a system error.

Notification has been sent to those affected. However, if you did not receive a call, text, or letter from RUHS, please call their customer service line at (951) 486-5367, Monday-Friday from 8 a.m. - 4 p.m.

Testing sites throughout the Coachella Valley are free, easy and convenient. Testing is open to anyone with no out-of-pocket costs to individuals. Appointments are required at some of the locations listed below:

Restaurant Rescue Plan
The American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 includes, among other things, funding of a $28.6 billion Restaurant Revitalization Fund (the “RRF”). The RRF will provide grants to eligible restaurants to help offset revenue losses.
