We are very excited to be bringing back the tradition of maple tree tapping to Vanier this year! We are now actively looking for volunteers to participate in the first tapping since 2020!
This popular community event will take place on
Saturday, February 18, 2023, from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.
You’ve never tapped a maple tree before? No problem! This is a fun activity for the whole family! The volunteer maple syrup producers of the Vanier Sugar Shack will be delighted to share their expertise and passion with you. We’ve also prepared a small tapping guide that you can consult on site.
