Thank you for being a RAC member!
Times have certainly changed for all of us in these past several months. The new normal might be different, but that doesn’t mean it has to be worse. We just have to adapt. Regardless of the changes in society, it is essential that we maintain our sense of community and focus on our own health and wellness. That is precisely our mission at RAC. We strive to transform the community by nurturing strong communal ties while providing excellent services for your health. 

Strong community grows with shared experience. The more intense the shared experience, the stronger the community. Fortunately, this thread of shared experience can be found in the very programs we are offering right now! What better way to build community bonds than by sharing in our programming? 

Plus the health benefits are unmatched. Immersing yourself in our outdoor programs will do wonders for both body and mind. Not only will you fortify strength and stamina, you will provide a nourishing environment for brain development. It is the very pathway to a healthier and happier you!
Come join the experience and make your way down to your "home away from home". 

Feel better. Think better. Move better. We are all in this together, even if we are (6 feet) apart.

Fall Junior "after school" Clinics - Ages 7-18
The goal of this program is to offer every junior member an opportunity to improve their swimming technique, skills and conditioning. All water safe skill levels and swim interests are encouraged to join!

The program is designed to provide instruction that matches each kids’ development level. With professional and enthusiastic coaching they will master their skills and have fun, which will motivate them to play more often.

Exercises are geared toward safety and effectiveness for young bodies, focusing on helping them develop and broaden their athletic skills with strength, agility, endurance, weight and movement training.
Outdoor Fitness Updates
Strength and Tone
Find your inner strength and burn through this high powered class using a mixture of bands and light weights. This supercharged class combines the benefits of toning and sculpting all while torching calories.

9:00 am on Mondays with Affi on the RAC Tennis Deck! Class limit 8.

Now you can book members of your family for a class, court or swim lane!
Note to Members on Standby
If a class is full and you have listed yourself on the 'Standby' list, please check your reservation one hour prior to class to see if you have been enrolled.
NEW Fitness "Yard"
Our latest outdoor fitness renovation is almost complete! We are remolding the old "hitting wall" area to bring you TruZones, TRX and HIT classes ! These RAC Premium classes come included with your membership during the new COVID term membership structure! Class schedule is coming soon!
Swim Updates
Aqua Blast
This total body water workout helps build cardiovascular endurance while pushing a broader range of muscular strength and motion in your upper body, lower body and core. Kick your aqua fitness up a notch with Aqua Blast.

5:30 pm on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Class limit 12.

RAC offers evening court times for singles or doubles play! Book your court in 'Member Login'. Last reservation is 5:00 -6:30 pm.
