Dear Service Nation,
After leading Service Nation for several years after our founders retired, I've made the decision to transition into a new phase of my career and life. I will be stepping away from my role leading Service Nation and moving into a consulting role, continuing to support the company in a more strategic capacity.
This change will allow me to focus on some exciting personal projects - including helping my daughter build her new marketing firm - and spending a lot more time with my grandchildren (yes, I'm becoming one of "those crazy types" of grandparents 😉).
I know that Service Nation is ready for what's next. We're strong, stable, and growing - and most importantly, we've found the right leader to take the reins.
I'm honored to introduce Daryl Stevenson, who has joined us as the new leader of Service Nation.
Daryl brings a wealth of experience from leadership roles in service-focused and membership-based organizations. His track record speaks for itself, but more importantly, so does his passion for what we do. From our very first conversations, it was clear to me that Daryl understands our mission, values our culture, and member focus.
But, don't just take my word for it - watch the video fireside chat below with me and Daryl to learn more about him and what he's bringing both professionally and personally to Service Nation and our members.
