Martin Luther King Jr. Day joins the list of closures for the RACI office in 2024

The RACI Office will be closed in observance of Martin Luther King Jr. Day Monday, January 16

January 2 – New Year’s holiday

January 16 – Martin Luther King Jr. Day

April 7 - Good Friday - Closed at Noon

May 29 - Memorial Day

July 4 - Independence Day

September 4 - Labor Day 

November 23 & 24 - Thanksgiving

Kevin Sears Steps Into Role as NAR President

The 30-year real estate veteran vows to support members’ businesses and the NAR brand.

The National Association of REALTORS® announced Monday that Kevin Sears has stepped into the role of NAR president following the resignation of 2024 President Tracy Kasper. As a 30-year real estate veteran from Springfield, Mass., Sears is the broker-owner of Sears Real Estate and specializes in single-family brokerage and property management.

“I remain focused on working with NAR Interim CEO Nykia Wright and NAR’s dedicated staff to continue our critical efforts in supporting our members’ small businesses as they deliver value to their clients, strengthen their communities and promote real property rights for all,” Sears says.

• January 10, 2024 - Renewal invoices issued.
• January 30, 2024 - 2024 Affiliate dues renewal deadline.
• February 29, 2024 - Unpaid Affiliate memberships terminated.

Dues can be paid by check or credit card. Pay online through member account or emailed invoice by a credit card or electronic check. Checks are accepted by mail or in-person (drop box located to left of front door).
