Ras Al Khaimah Teacher Exchange Program
In April 2015, the Al Qasimi Foundation organized the first part of the Ras Al Khaimah Teacher Exchange Program in collaboration with the Malaysian Ministry of Education. The Al Qasimi Foundation sent 12 educators from Ras Al Khaimah Government Schools to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia to provide an opportunity for RAK teachers to develop their knowledge and skills of pedagogy and learning environments in Malaysia. Through this visit, the RAK educators benefited from first-hand experience of the Malaysian education system.
We are pleased to announce that next year in May the Al Qasimi Foundation will host the Malaysian educators’ on a visit to the emirate of Ras Al Khaimah.
The Al Qasimi Foundation will collaborate with the Ministry of Education Ras Al Khaimah Educational Zone to organize the Malaysian educators’ visits to several government schools in Ras Al Khaimah. Through this, we hope they will learn about the educational system in Ras Al Khaimah and the UAE.
In addition, the Al Qasimi Foundation will organize tours to help the Malaysian educators to gain a deeper understanding of the culture of Ras Al Khaimah and the UAE.
