The Circle of Excellence program honors RAR Members who have demonstrated a commitment to professional development, leadership and community engagement. REALTORS® qualify for the Circle of Excellence by taking measurable actions throughout the year, such as course completion and volunteerism.

Applications for the 2024 Circle of Excellence cohort will remain open until Tuesday, December 31.

Check Your Code of Ethics Status

All members of the National Association of REALTORS® are required to complete at least 2.5 hours of an approved Code of Ethics training within a three-year cycle. This requirement must be satisfied by December 31, 2024.

If you have taken an approved ethics course with a real estate school other than RAR, you may submit proof of completion to membership@RARealtors.com to update your Code of Ethics status with NAR.

Berkshire Hathaway HomeService PenFed Realty served its community not only in real estate but also by making a difference where it matters most—in the hearts and homes of those around it. On November 21, their efforts culminated in two significant Thanksgiving deliveries. To the Chesterfield Food Bank Outreach Center, they delivered 106 turkeys and 205 pounds of sides. Simultaneously, they marked a milestone by partnering with the Henrico Food Bank. Together, they provided complete Thanksgiving meals to 25 families, and 289 pounds of sides.
