Big changes to Wisconsin real estate practice take effect January 1.

WRA attorneys Cori Lamont and Jennifer Lindsley will walk you through 2025 Wisconsin Act 69 and the final REEB-approved WB forms. They'll cover new public marketing requirements, seller-paid compensation, technology-enhanced advertising rules, and revisions to listing contracts, buyer agency agreements, offers to purchase, and the opt-out agreement.
