Mark your calendars for February 22nd, when we will host a spaghetti lunch fundraiser for summer camps in our kids and students ministries! You can register as an attendee or dessert competition competitor here.

We need your help to prepare for RBC's annual Spring Festival! There are 2,500 eggs that need stuffed, and we will be hosting two volunteer days to accomplish this as a team: Tuesday, March 3rd and Thursday, March 5th, both from 10am to 4:30pm. If you're available to help, please contact Camille.

All the women of RBC are invited to participate in a new Bible study meeting on the fourth Tuesday of every month. The study is called Making Space for the God of Creation, and each gathering will include study of scripture, praying for one another, and a creative activity. There will be 2 meeting times each month to accommodate different schedules; the first gatherings will take place on February 24th.

Please reach out to Claudia Johnson with any questions, or to sign up!

On Sunday, April 5th we will launch a new Sunday School class for ages 20-50. Class leaders will be Joe and Cathy Stork, Kerra Jayne, and Page Rubin. Each week the Bible study will be based on Chase’s sermon series. More information will follow in the weeks ahead.

Prayer focus from Genesis 4:26

"At that time people began to call on the name of the Lord." God we ask that you would help us to make you known through our word and our deed. We ask that because of your presence and participation in our community that others would call upon you for salvation.

Further prayer points:

1. Psalm 86: 9-10 NASB “All nations whom You have made shall come and worship before You, O Lord, and they shall glorify Your name. For You are great and do wondrous deeds; You alone are God.” Father God, these are both awesome and encouraging words as we consider that there are those in every nation who have and will worship and glorify Your name. We have been made to worship You, Father. Help us to glorify Your name in an excellent way.

2. 1 Samuel 3: 8 NASB “So the Lord called Samuel again for the third time. And he arose and went to Eli and said, ‘Here am I, for you called me.’ Then Eli discerned that the Lord was calling the boy.” Father God, truly Your ways do not always happen the way we would expect. Thank You, Father, for guiding us when outcomes are unexpected or intimidating. We can always trust Your leading, although we may be surprised or fearful.
