Serve During the Worship Hour!

We have multiple ways you can serve during the worship hour. We have opportunities to serve as greeters, ushers (passing the offering plate), and in the A/V booth.

We are returning to the University of Mobile next summer for MFuge! It will be a wonderful week of fellowship, Bible study, and service.

The dates for MFuge next year are June 15th-20th, but a $50 deposit is needed for each camper by January 18th to maintain our reservation. The total cost of camp will be $250 per student, and scholarships are available.

We will also need 2 male chaperones and 2 female chaperones to facilitate this opportunity for our students. There is no cost for chaperones. Please prayerfully consider whether you might be able to serve our students in this way!

If you plan for your child to attend or are interested in serving as a chaperone, please email Chase or Clayton.

Thank you to everyone who participated in our October 22nd potluck in honor of Dr. Wichary and Dr. Balla. It was a wonderful time of fellowship and a great opportunity to learn more about our missions partners.

If you are still interested in donating to RBC's upcoming trip to Tanzania, you can do so at this link.

Please also continue to pray for the safety and fruitful ministry of those going on the trip: Chase McLain, Jean Roberson, Walker Mason, Sherry Loper, Doug Clark, Rachel Hagues, Lauren Nelson, Colby Nelson, and Lauren Shirani.

Prayer focus from Romans 12:16

"Lord help us to be a people who experience and exemplify true harmony and unity. Help us to lay aside our pride and to humble ourselves before one another, putting one another and his or her needs above our own wants and desires."

Further prayer points:

1. Psalm 112: 7 NASB “He will not fear evil tidings; his heart is steadfast, trusting in the Lord.” Father God, as we face challenges and difficulties there is a strength that develops within those who know You. Times of trusting and observing Your faithfulness help to steady us when trials come. The more we trust You the less space there is in our hearts to collect and harbor fear.

2. Psalm 98: 1-2 NASB “O sing to the Lord a new song, for He has done wonderful things, His right hand and His holy arm have gained the victory for Him. The Lord has made know His salvation; He has revealed His righteousness in the sight of the nations.” Father God, we worship You and sing to You with praise as we consider all the things You have done and the incredible acts You have performed to make Your name known. Thank You, Father, for Your absolute righteousness and for our undeserved salvation! We praise You, our victorious Lord!
