We are in need of two long term subs and two lead teachers for our Children's Sunday School. This is a great opportunity to serve and teach our next generation about the Lord! All teaching material is provided. Please see Camille if you would be willing to serve in one of these roles! 

We encourage you to join us for Wednesday night activities which will resume this Wednesday, January 11th! Dinner will start at 5:15 PM with adult Bible study and children's activities beginning at 6:00 PM.

The Shelby Baptist Association will be hosting training for disaster relief deployment January 26-28, 2023.

RBC Kids Event Sign-Ups

We would love for you and your family to be part of all that is going on here at RBC! We have several great events coming up this spring for you and your children. Registration for each of the below events is now live on the RBC website! Just go to "Life Stages" then "Kids" and click on the event you want to register for. Please note that you will have to register for each event separately! The Father Daughter Luau is free while the Adventure Weekend for Fathers and Sons as well as Mom and Me Spring Fling are $30 a person or $90 max per family. Other registration costs are covered by the Children's Ministry. I look forward to seeing you there!

1.  Genesis 1: 16 “God made the two great lights, and the greater light to govern the day, and the lesser light to govern the night; He made the stars also. Father God, we bow before You testifying to Your greatness and to Your awesome creativity. Realizing that Jesus was there with You in creation and nothing was made without Him, we reverence Your plan. Holy Spirit, we envision all sorts of images as we think of You hovering over the deep. Would You help us to worship You in appropriate ways as we think of both our days and nights? 

2.  Proverbs 12: 25 “Anxiety in a man’s heart weighs it down, But a good word makes it glad.” Father, all around us are those who are weighed down with anxiety. Would You remind us of ways to encourage and lighten the hearts of others when we have the opportunity to do so? Give us good words and scriptures that relate.
