Prayer Points:
1. Isaiah 64: 1-3 “Oh, that You would rend the heavens and come down, that the mountains might quake at Your presence! As fire kindles the brushwood, as fire causes water to boil, to make Your name known to Your adversaries, that the nations may tremble at Your presence!" Father God, for thousands of years man has called to You to come down and help us with life’s difficulties. You did just that when You sent Your Son, as well as all the other times we have prayed to You. Some of the time You work in such miraculous ways that we are speechless. Other times we are so preoccupied with our dilemmas that we completely miss what You are doing or trying to teach us. Help us Father to make Your name known.
2. Deuteronomy 5:24 “. . . Behold, the Lord our God has shown us His glory and His greatness, and we have heard His voice from the midst of the fire; we have seen today that God speaks with man, yet he lives.” Thank You Father that You continually minister to us showing us Your greatness and Your glory. Today we pause to consider just how blessed we are that even with our sinfulness You have made a way for us to approach You. You have made provision for us to be cleansed and enjoy sweet fellowship with You. Help us today to tell of Your greatness as we praise You.
