Prayer focus from Romans 12:3- "God, help us to be people who see ourselves and others rightly, with humility, compassion, and gratitude in our hearts for the grace you have shown us."

1.       1 Thessalonians 5: 12-13  NASB  “But we request of you, brethren, that you appreciate those who diligently labor among you, and have charge over you in the Lord and give you instruction, and that you esteem them very highly in love because of their work. Live in peace with one another.”  Father God, our obedience to You seems very straight forward, honor and respect those in authority over us, especially as they instruct us in Your word.  Think and speak well of them, love them and  promote  peace. We are blessed to have godly ministers leading us.

2.      Titus 3: 4-5  NASB   “But when the kindness of God our Savior and His love for mankind appeared, He saved us, not on the basis of deeds which we have done in righteousness, but according to His mercy, by the washing of regeneration and renewing by the Holy Spirit, …”  Father God, this news is too good to comprehend! We praise You Father for Your great kindness and mercy. Thank You that Your plan was never that we earn our salvation through works, but rather we work because we love You, God.
