October 1, 2024

Join us for our deacon-sponsored, churchwide Soup/Chili cook-off immediately following the service on Sunday, October 13th! If you plan to attend and are able, please bring one of the following items to share:

  • A pot of soup or chili to enter in the contest
  • A side to share
  • A dessert item to share
  • Please be mindful that we will need more sides than desserts

However, do not hesitate to come, even if you cannot prepare a side or dessert. We hope to see you there!

Join us for RBC's Fall Work Day this Saturday, October 5, 2024, from 8:00am-12:00pm. There will be a wide variety of both indoor and outdoor projects taking place and we can use your help. We hope to see you there!

Mark your calendars for October 20th from 4:30-6:30pm because our Fall Festival is BACK!!! Start spreading the word and thinking about your costume as this is an event you and your family do not want to miss! If you would like to volunteer to help with the 2024 Fall Festival, please email Camille.

We are accepting donations of single packaged snack cakes (moon pies, cosmic brownies, Twinkie's, etc.), light up toy prizes, and candy. Bring them by the church office or scan the QR code above to purchase online!

Lord, open my eyes to the needs of others. Show me how to live more like Your Son, who always put others’ interests first. And especially show me that attitude as I serve my church.”

1. Luke 17: 1-2 NASB “He said to His disciples, ‘It is inevitable that stumbling blocks come, but woe to him through whom they come! It would be better for him if a millstone were hung around his neck and he were thrown into the sea, than that he would cause one of these little ones to stumble.’ ” Father God, these are strong words concerning how we should live before children and young believers. Help us to be careful with our witness and the perception that newer believers may have of our actions and words.

2. Luke 18: 27 NASB “But He said, ‘The things that are impossible with people are possible with God.’ ” Father God, we can rejoice over and over again because with You all kinds of things are possible. Even our mistakes can be forgiven, unbelievers can become believers and skeptics can have their eyes opened. We thank You and praise You for this wonderful news!
