Dear RBOR Members,
On July 31st the lease at 440 Main St. expires and I will be relocating to the NFCAR offices, 15 Stony Hill Rd, Bethel in anticipation of the reopening of businesses in CT and in preparation for our October 1st merger. The NFCAR staff and I will be alternating days in the office. Beginning Aug 1st I will be in the Bethel office Tuesdays and Thursdays. As I pass through Ridgefield I am available to accommodate in-person meetings. I will continue to work from home the other days.
The RBOR phone 203 438 8858 will continue to be active and forwarded to my cellphone 646 509 4616 when I am not in the office. My emails, lrubinfeld@rbors.com and admin@rbors.com remain the same. Please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions.

Stay Safe and Best Regards,
Laura Rubinfeld , CAE RCE

Seller Preparation Inspections:
Less Stress, Faster Sale
A Virtual Seminar for Realtors and their Listing Clients
 presented by Joe DeLaurentis, Jr

Home Inspectors find defects; it comes with the territory. A small number of these deficiencies are expected based upon the age and general condition of the home, whereas an inordinate amount of deficiencies will make a home buyer “feel” differently about the home - overwhelmed and disenchanted. Over 50% of home inspection findings are deferred maintenance; easily fixable by a handy homeowner or handyman. Having Home Inspection information available prior to listing a house “For Sale” has many transaction benefits:
· A well-maintained home stands out in the competition
· Fewer post-inspection re-negotiations from a buyer
· Avoid surprises that can impact the sale of the home
· Close faster and for more $$$!
