The ads, which focus on REALTORS®’ commitment to fair housing amid social unrest around race, are an extension of NAR’s “That’s Who We R” marketing campaign. Strong Majority of Realtors® Say Market Is in Recovery Phase of Pandemic as Buyers Return

WASHINGTON (July 9, 2020) – After enduring months of setbacks brought on by the coronavirus pandemic, a new survey from the National Association of Realtors® shows that more than nine in 10 of its members believe they are in the process of recovering as many states start to reopen their economies. Gabriella Viggiano , daughter of Ridgefield REALTOR Steve Viggiano, William Pitt Sotheby’s Int, was among the 45 outstanding children of CT REALTORS® who were selected to receive a 2020 CTR Foundation Raymond Gates Memorial Scholarship, A graduate of Ridgefield High, Garbriella will attend the University of Vermont College of Agriculture and Life Sciences to obtain her DVM and begin a career as a wildlife veterinarian. With an impressive 4.23 GPA, Gabriella was also Captain of the Cross Country and Indoor/Outdoor Track teams along with numerous volunteer activities including Ridgefield Operation Animal Rescue, Comfort Club and Safe Rides of Ridgefield. Gabby spent her gap year in South Africa.

Want to Vote by Absentee Ballot?
Governor Lamont has Signed an Executive Order Allowing All Eligible Connecticut Residents to Vote Absentee in August 11 Primary Elections.  The Secretary of State mailed an absentee ballot application to all registered Democratic and Republican voters. If you choose to vote by absentee ballot, complete the application and mail it to the Town Clerk. You will receive the ballot after July 21 (the date the ballots can officially be mailed to voters).  

For the August 11, 2020 Primary Election, please use the Application for Absentee Ballot:

The polls will be open for in-person voting, should you decide to cast your ballot in person.
