RCC Changes to Formerly Drop-In Offerings
Reservations, Please!
RCC has established a reservation system for all options that were formerly “drop-in” programs. To help manage the process more effectively, and to be as fair as possible to those trying to book a reservation. Reservations for the following month open up on the 25th of the previous month for Reston residents and employees and the first of the month for Non-Reston.You may begin making reservations at 9:00 a.m. on the morning of the opening date. Patrons should make reservations, or cancel them if needed, online via myRCC. Patrons are requested to cancel a reservation if their plans change so others can take the spot. Purchase of passes enables patrons to reserve appointments based on the number of visits loaded on their pass. Passes can be renewed online.
Please Note: December programs that require reservations will open November 25 for Reston/ December 1 for Non-Reston. January programs that require reservations will open December 25 for Reston/ January 1 for Non-Reston.
