A Tradition Continues: Mexico Lindo Expands with RCEDC's RLF Program

Jose Contreras Jr., began his career as a business owner in 2021 when he became the owner of Mexico Lindo, a 65-year old family-owned restaurant located in the City of Racine. Through the years, Mexico Lindo continued its decades-long tradition of serving authentic, unchanged Mexican cuisine, with the addition of just one dish—mini burritos—solidifying its place as a beloved community staple. 


To help fund Mexico Lindo's expansion, Jose tapped into RCEDC's RLF programs.
