As of January 1, 2016, students are required to complete 80 hours of initial certification training in order to become an RCFE Administrator. CareerSmart was recently approved by DSS/CCLD to offer 20 of the 80 hours Online and 60 in a live classroom setting.  Upon registration, learners will be enrolled in the 20-hour online bundle of courses to take at their leisure and then need to attend the live training dates above. 

The program costs  $559 and includes:
  • 20 Online hours from convenience of your own home or location
  • Free resource materials, including Title 22 & Health and Safety Code
  • Practice test questions for State Exam
  • Instructors who are subject matter experts and include former Community Care Licensing Division managers, Certified Administrators, and Nurses
